Sankofa Mediation and Resolution Services (1 hour 30 Minutes)
Restoring Communication • Establishing Accountability • Creating a Path Forward
Sankofa Mediation & Resolution Services provides a structured, neutral space for individuals, families, couples, community members, organizations, ministries, and leadership teams experiencing conflict, communication breakdowns, unresolved grievances, or relational transitions.
The purpose of mediation is not to determine who is the “right” person or the “wrong” person. It is to bring what has been unresolved into a space where it can be acknowledged, communicated, understood, and where possible resolved.
Our approach recognizes that conflict often exists beneath the argument itself. Hurt, unmet expectations, unclear boundaries, broken agreements, unspoken truths, power imbalances, lack of accountability, and ineffective communication can all contribute to continued division.
Through guided mediation, each person is given the opportunity to speak, listen, clarify their experience, identify their needs, acknowledge their responsibilities, and determine what resolution can realistically look like.
